how to copy usb image with ESX1 4.1 to another usb

I have installed ESXi 4.1.0 on a usb drive. As you know it takes a couple of hours to install the OS, create your Datacenter, create the host, install the OS onto the host, run all the updates, create your shares, and folders. Is there a way to copy the usb drive onto another one in the event the usb drive crashes?

Script to Remove Old computers in Active Directory

I am looking for a command or a script to remove old/renamed computers from Active Directory on Server 2008. I used Dsquery and that gave me a long list but does not delete them. Any help would be great.
