and 1gb of ram suddenly every time I shut it down it kind of goes in sleep mode from booting since the power button turns orange as well as the monitor's and won't boot, dont see anything on screen as if it is hibernating. I have tried pulling out the system battery to reset bios settings, disconnecting hard drive and booting off ... What do you think? does it have anything to do with it? I will appreciate any input in this matter from the masters !!! Thank you, Alex.

Hi, I bought a new laptop with Windows 7 installed but cannot connect to WIFI at home, old computer on Windows XP connects to WIFI perfectly. New laptop can detect the wireless but when I try to connect it says that "windows was unable to connect" but it wont give me a troubleshoot reason. I've spent 2 days trying ... asking for ASCII password but when I wish to connect to my own WIFI no popup box comes up. Can someone please advise what I'm doing wrong, much appreciateed.

I have an HDMI cable connected to my Plazma TV so I can connect my laptop to it to watch movies, etc. The picture is fine (I transfer it from the laptop screen to the TV by hitting FN/F4) but the only sound I get is out of the laptop - not the TV speakers. How can I transfer the sound as well as the picture to the TV?
