I'd like to offer my tenants in a 3-story apartment building with paid wifi service(monthly flat fee). There are 10 rooms on each floor. The law in my country requires an authentication server to keep a 90-day log. I already have a 6Mbps ADSL wired connection in my home (located right next to the apartment ... the maximum speed my ISP can offer. Could you please recommend a plan which include a list of hardware and software required and how to go about setting it up.

I install Ubuntu Server 10.10 on my Laptop. This laptop already has OS Vista. By your information, I installed ubuntu server successfully. THANKS. Then i tried to install Ubuntu Desktop 10.10. <sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop> But it unable !! I want to get back to my Vista interface OR any interface GUI (Ubuntu Desktop) Warm Regards, Ravi
