I installed windows 7 professional on a dell gx280 3.2ghz intel processor

and 1gb of ram suddenly every time I shut it down it kind of goes in sleep mode from booting since the power button turns orange as well as the monitor's and won't boot, dont see anything on screen as if it is hibernating. I have tried pulling out the system battery to reset bios settings, disconnecting hard drive and booting off Windows installation CD sometimes it works, sometimes it does not, now I can't get it to run anymore, Any Ideas?

I have discovered in device manager that a video controller might be the conflict ! What do you think? does it have anything to do with it? I will appreciate any input in this matter from the masters !!!

Thank you,

Alex.
